Climate Justice Agribusiness
YAGANET’s CJA program is at the heart of our climate justice commitment. We empower communities to lead in transforming agricultural systems, ensuring food security, and sustainable development amidst climate change. By promoting climate-smart agriculture and supporting vulnerable communities, we address the root causes of global warming and build resilience to climate-related challenges. Our advocacy ensures that food, nutrition, and WASH practices are inclusive, particularly for women, youth, and children.
Mentorship and Green Skills Innovation Development
Preparing young people and women to be successful green entrepreneurs is central to our mission. YAGANET’s MGID program equips youth, especially from disadvantaged backgrounds, with marketable practical green skills to thrive in a climate-impacted world. Through hands-on, community-led learning, we nurture self-awareness, business acumen, and health rights, empowering young people to confidently initiate climate resilient business, navigate life, solve problems innovatively, and succeed in an ever-changing environment.
