This project aims to enhance the financial literacy skills and knowledge of the organization's target beneficiaries, empowering them to make informed financial decisions. Despite progress in increasing access to financial services among underserved populations, there are still barriers to financial literacy education and inclusion. To address this, the project seeks to reduce gender gaps by directly engaging with various stakeholders, including teenagers, women, and men. By organizing them into groups, the project aims to enhance access to resources and opportunities through financial education, digital literacy, and the promotion of income-generating initiatives and entrepreneurial skills, particularly among women and young people.

Importantly, this project is also linked to climate change adaptation efforts. By improving financial literacy and supporting income-generating activities, vulnerable communities are better equipped to cope with the impacts of climate change. This includes the ability to invest in climate-resilient agriculture, access insurance products for natural disasters, and diversify income sources to withstand environmental shocks. Since 2015, the project has been implemented in several districts and is currently active in Kasese district, having reached over 15,000 people. The project's success is attributed to the support from partners and individual well-wishers, highlighting its sustainability and long-term impact on climate change adaptation.
